Position Overview

Tate Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Retail, Operations, and Commercial divisions. You will play a crucial role in managing relationships with leading beauty brands, ensuring operational excellence and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing inquiries from Brand Partners and customers efficiently through various communication channels.
  • Assisting in the development of communications for Brand Partners.
  • Collaborating with the Retail Team to plan, manage, and execute events for Brand Partners and customers.
  • Working alongside the Marketing Team to gather and organize promotional materials.
  • Conducting surveys for Brand Partners and customers in partnership with the Retail Team.
  • Taking minutes and attending meetings as necessary.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of key contacts for Brand Partners.
  • Coordinating purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Compiling weekly sales reports.
  • Managing relationships with several Brand Partners, providing feedback and insights to both on-site teams and head office.
  • Analyzing Brand Partner performance through KPI assessments and trend analysis to enhance sales and revenue.
  • Organizing and supporting events for Brand Partners.
  • Collecting trade report data from the Retail Team for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Collaborating with clients across various teams to provide data analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Managing requests for permits.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Retail Operations or Management.
  • Familiarity with Brand Partner dynamics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the retail, leisure, and food & beverage sectors.
  • Experience with health and beauty brands is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient telephony skills.
  • Competence in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
