Engenda Group is seeking a highly experienced Civil Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our civil works projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with client specifications, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and reviews of subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality plans and specifications.
- Review and agree on suitable subcontractor quality plans and ensure that all relevant quality, material, or related documentation and certifications are received and compiled from the subcontractor.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and develop strategies to improve quality performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil works in a regulated environment, such as petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, nuclear, or similar sectors.
- Experience in civil works on electrical installations.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
