Job Title: Senior Clinical Trial Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Trial Associate to join our Clinical Operations team at Bicycle Therapeutics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of our clinical study programs, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the clinical study team in managing CROs and study-related vendors
  • Assist in preparing study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures
  • Develop and maintain internal electronic filing systems (eTMF) compliant with regulations
  • Perform lab sample tracking and drug supply management
  • Review data management aspects of clinical trials and support clinical operations functions during audits
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field
  • Familiarity with ICG, GCP, and FDA requirements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment
