About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at AWD online. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments and outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Provide regular credit control reports to management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
- Strong MS Excel spreadsheet skills
- Good supervisory skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
