About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Air Sales team in Bristol as a Sales and Logistics Apprentice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business and gain valuable insights into the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing any delays or issues.
  • Develop solutions for customers based on detailed understanding of their requirements.
  • Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to promote Air logistics services.
  • Document all sales-related activities and communications accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up quotations to Customers.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in meetings and training sessions.
  • Make sales calls, engage and onboard new customers.
  • Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and close sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Five GCSEs at grades 3 - 9 / A*-D including Maths & English
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and be a self-starter
  • Previous use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial
