About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Installation Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing automatic doors, access control systems, and locking systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain automatic doors, access control systems, and locking systems to a high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Hold a current full driving license and have a clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the access control or locksmithing industry.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Basic understanding of access control equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
