Job Overview

Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to join our team in London. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data pipelines, ensuring optimal data delivery architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage complex data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based data platforms for data modeling and analytics
  • Collaborate with software developers, data analysts, and data scientists to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards
Requirements
  • Proficient in SQL Server and relational database management
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure (Synapse, Data Lake)
  • Programming skills in Python, PySpark, and T-SQL
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and workflows
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
