As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in the emotional, social, and physical development of the children in your care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day care, guidance, and support to children and young people
  • Working closely with the team to develop individualised care plans
  • Supporting children with emotional and behavioural challenges in line with care plans
  • Maintaining safeguarding and well-being standards at all times
