Job Purpose:The Senior Management and Leadership Position is a key role within our organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to the business, driving growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Managing Director in the operational management of the company, including back office support functions and day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of various functions essential to the smooth running of the business, including administration, marketing, and business development.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service manager and other teams, ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
- Manage company accreditations and registrations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Managing Director in their absence.
- Senior-level experience in a SME business environment.
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Proficiency in Xero, Sage, or Quickbooks.
- Accounts administration experience, including basic payroll.
- Recruitment and HR knowledge.
- Health and Safety knowledge.
- Client management and complaints handling experience.
