Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Invictus Group. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring they meet high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, including rides, attractions, and PLC control equipment
  • Plan and execute annual winter Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and certification program
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE guidelines and statutory requirements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Work with engineering drawings and technical specifications
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline
  • Thorough understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Ability to read and use engineering drawings
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of AC/DC drives, motors, pumps, and inverters
  • Experience with PLCs such as Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi
  • Experience working in heavy industrial/automated environments
