Warehouse Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Driver/Operative to join our team at Pharmaxo. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse and to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process stock into the quarantine area, completing all necessary documentation and updating our inventory management system.
- Coordinate and perform the picking, packing, and dispatch of all orders to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with our administration team to ensure timely ordering and resupply.
- Provide a prompt and responsive delivery service to our customers, collecting and delivering stock as required.
- Monitor temperature control systems to ensure the integrity of our products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation relating to our warehouse operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice and maintain our Specials Licence.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Full, clean, current driving license.
- Previous warehouse and van driving experience, with a proven track record of safe and efficient operation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, lates, and occasional weekends.
- Competitive annual salary of £24,449, plus £200 per month driving shift allowance.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service.
- Annual company bonus scheme, subject to eligibility.
