Electrical and Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM. As an M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work, as well as carrying out a range of other mechanical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work
  • Carry out a range of other mechanical tasks, including emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work
  • Work autonomously, responsible for delivering tasks and projects
  • Travel to dedicated sites, working with clients as their first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance
Requirements:
  • Full Valid UK driver's license
  • 2391 testing inspection
  • Multi-skilled M&E experience
  • Ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks
