We handle a broad spectrum of complex legal cases, including personal injury, financial loss, employer's liability, product liability, data breaches, and breach of contract disputes. As a member of our team, you'll be involved in all stages of the litigation process, from initial case assessment to resolution, working on high-profile cases with significant legal and financial implications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Collaborate with a team of professionals on a mix of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
  • Court Work: Gain hands-on experience with cases in ASPIC and the Court of Session.
  • Team Support: Contribute to training and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Investigations & Statements: Conduct liability investigations and gather witness statements.
  • Medical Expert Coordination: Liaise with and instruct medical experts.
  • Legal Documentation: Draft a range of legal documents, including writs.
  • Court Appearances: Consult with Counsel and represent clients in court.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years PQE is essential
