Job Overview

Interlink Talent Solutions is in search of a seasoned Real Estate Partner to enhance their prestigious London office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct high-stakes, intricate real estate transactions, which include acquisitions, sales, leasing agreements, and financing initiatives across diverse sectors such as retail, healthcare, and hospitality.
  • Deliver strategic legal counsel and innovative solutions to clients, including property developers, investment firms, and financial institutions, ensuring successful navigation through all stages of transactions and projects.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s global network, leveraging expertise from capital markets, finance, construction, and tax sectors to provide cohesive client service.
  • Foster and sustain robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients maneuver through complex legal and regulatory landscapes in the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed solicitor with significant experience in real estate law, demonstrating a successful history of managing complex and high-value transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK real estate landscape, including commercial, retail, residential, and healthcare domains.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities, with the proficiency to supervise multiple transactions and teams concurrently.
