Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in an exceptional hospital based in the Arnold, Nottinghamshire area.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin to take on a senior leadership role in our mental health services. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising a defined group of team members and contributing to their overall CPD, mandatory training, and appraisal process.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans
- Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
- Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
- Lead shifts and mentor and support student nurses and other members of the team
To be considered for this position, you must have a strong understanding of care planning processes and be fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You should be able to demonstrate initiative and be adaptive and flexible.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive annual salary of £37,992 - £40,455 per annum DOE, as well as a sign on bonus of £5,000. We also provide relocation support, paid as a lump sum, and payment into the pension scheme.
