Job Summary:

N Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Active Directory Program Manager to lead and manage Active Directory projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on Active Directory, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including vendors and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and conflict resolution to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align projects with organizational strategy and communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure project documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned to maintain a high level of project management maturity.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, components, and best practices.
  • Proven project management skills, with successful delivery of large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
