Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of care and support staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents.

- Manage conflict and difficult situations to achieve positive outcomes and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and staff to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration and right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience working in a care home or clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts.
