Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of care and support staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents.
  • Promote the well-being and independence of residents through effective care planning and coordination.
  • Manage conflict and difficult situations to achieve positive outcomes and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and staff to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration and right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience working in a care home or clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and staff.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts.
