We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth setup of student accommodation, making sure everything is in place for a great student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to student move-ins, including processing paperwork and updating records.
- Property Preparation: Help with the setup and preparation of properties, ensuring that all rooms and communal areas are ready for students.
- Inspections and Reporting: Conduct property inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs to the property management team.
- Supply Coordination: Coordinate with the property management team to ensure all necessary supplies and materials are in place.
