Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Student Support: Deliver outstanding assistance to students with unique needs, facilitating their engagement in learning activities.
  • Individualized Attention: Provide tailored support on a one-on-one basis to promote both academic and personal growth.
  • Classroom Collaboration: Assist the classroom educator in managing daily lessons and maintaining a conducive learning environment.
  • Emotional Development: Aid students in enhancing their emotional health and equipping them with essential life skills.

Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate and Committed: A genuine enthusiasm for positively impacting the lives of young individuals is essential.
  • Calm and Professional: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism, particularly when addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience working with students with additional needs is advantageous. Candidates from care or support backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Willingness to adjust to varying situations and needs.
  • Sense of Humor: A good sense of humor is always beneficial in this role.
