About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our thriving residential lettings team in Bicester. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and delegate tasks to ensure exceptional performance and targets are met
  • Motivate and develop your team, providing training and support to help them flourish in their careers
  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • A Full UK driving licence
