We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our esteemed team at eNL Legal Recruitment on a locum basis. This role is designed to provide support during a temporary absence within a reputable law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters, including property sales, acquisitions, re-mortgaging, and equity transfers.
- Effectively handle a caseload of approximately 40-50 files at various stages of progression.
- Work autonomously while demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to the existing workflow.
- Receive dedicated administrative support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Engage in a hybrid working model following an initial acclimatization period.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
- The capability to independently manage a caseload with minimal oversight.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Qualifications as a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor.
