Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at The Clockspire. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Stay up-to-date with drink menus, promotions, and events, providing recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
