About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fleet Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Checks: Conduct daily checks on all fleet vehicles, including rental vehicles, to ensure they are in good working condition and meet company standards.
  • Defect Reporting: Identify and report any defects or issues with vehicles, and ensure that they are rectified in a timely manner.
  • Owner Driver Management: Conduct start of contract and end of contract handovers for owner drivers, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Site Checks: Conduct regular site checks to ensure that all equipment and vehicles are in good working order, and that the site is safe and secure.
  • Fleet Management: Provide support to the depot operation by conducting regular checks on fleet vehicles and equipment, and ensuring that all necessary maintenance is completed.
Requirements
