Job Description

**FP&A Analyst Role at Stanton House**

We are seeking a qualified chartered finance professional to join our commercial finance team at Stanton House, a private equity backed consumer goods business based in the UK. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate month-end close, presenting P&L reports, driving strategic decisions, managing budgets, developing KPI dashboards, and supporting process improvements and automations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ownership of the forecasting and budgeting process for the business
  • Providing the business with analysis and guidance and support that will aid strategic decision making
  • Supporting with continuous improvements across the finance team and wider business as well as being involved with system implementations

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong excel and systems skills
