CNC Programmer Position

About the Role

  1. Develop and implement programming strategies for 5-axis HAAS CNC machines to optimize production efficiency.
  2. Utilize CAD CAM software, specifically SolidCAM, to create and edit CNC programs.
  3. Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  4. Provide technical guidance and delegate tasks to CNC operators to ensure seamless workflow.
  5. Work a standard 36.5-hour week, Monday to Thursday, and Friday, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in offline programming, preferably with SolidCAM, but other software is also acceptable.
  2. Proficiency in machining various materials, including Aluminum, Mild Steel, and Stainless.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum.
