Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to assist and support our Branch Manager in ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Prestige Nursing & Care, maximizing the utilization of nursing and care resources, and ensuring that client requirements are met within defined quality, compliance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in achieving business and compliance targets
  • Maximize the utilization of nursing and care resources
  • Ensure that client requirements are met within defined quality, compliance, and safety standards
  • Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Form strong relationships with carers and clients
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • On-call duties as arranged locally
Requirements
  • Confident and self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with experience of using software applications
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and services
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
