About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Ensure that all food and beverage operations are running efficiently and effectively, including managing cash and payment systems, placing orders, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to any issues or concerns and taking ownership of resolving problems.
  • Financial Management: Manage payroll to sales within the venue, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, including monitoring levels of absence within the team and reporting any weaknesses or breaches.
  • Safeguarding: Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk, reporting any concerns and cooperating with management to ensure compliance with health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.
Requirements
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3 certification
  • COSHH training
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
