Job Title: Dispute Resolution Officer

At Sja's West, we're seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the Badger, Cadet, and RISE programs across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of high-quality programs that meet SJA standards.
  • Collaborate with youth unit managers to ensure program success and provide a great development experience for young people.
  • Facilitate Youth Forums and promote youth voice across the district.
  • Identify training needs and provide support for youth leaders.

Some roles may require the post holder to maintain a Day/Residential Warrant or have experience in St John Ambulance program delivery.

The successful candidate will be required to travel across the Sussex District and undertake unit visits, as well as support at district events.
