Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Implement personalized curriculum and behavior management strategies to cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Support students in developing their communication, social, and life skills.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as feeding, toileting, and medication administration, as needed.
- Experience working with children and young people with Autism and complex needs, preferably in educational or care settings.
- Knowledge of and experience in supporting students with physical disabilities and mobility issues is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential.
