Wedding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Coordinator to join our team at Change Hospitality. As a Wedding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional wedding experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation & Relationship Management:
- Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on wedding trends, themes, and catering options.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Develop detailed wedding plans, timelines, and checklists.
- Coordinate with internal teams (catering, logistics, etc.) and external vendors (florists, photographers, entertainment, etc.).
- Arrange site visits and tastings to finalize event details.
- Manage all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Design & Creative Input:
- Collaborate with clients to design a cohesive wedding theme, including décor, menu, and overall aesthetic.
- Provide creative solutions to meet clients' needs within their budget.
- Stay updated on wedding industry trends to offer fresh ideas and concepts.
- Vendor Management:
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted suppliers.
- Ensure all vendors adhere to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within limits.
- Provide clients with transparent and accurate financial summaries.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- On-the-Day Coordination:
- Oversee the entire wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with all vendors and staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Post-Event Follow-Up:
- Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback.
- Ensure all final invoices are processed and payments are completed.
- Maintain relationships with clients for potential future events or referrals.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail.
- Budget management expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges with poise.
- In-depth knowledge of wedding trends, vendor offerings, and London's event scene.
- Familiarity with different cultures and wedding traditions.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
