  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that civil and structural design checks are performed in accordance with contractual requirements.
    • Leverage experience in working within 3D/BIM environments to drive project efficiency and accuracy.
    • Stay up-to-date with UK Building Market, Standards, and Regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-effective design and construction solutions.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Select and manage key personnel and subcontractors to ensure project success.
    • Investigate and resolve project-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide design guidance, standards, and specifications.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 8 years' experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong background in construction and infrastructure development.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with complex technical requirements.
    • Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural design, including experience with contract negotiations and awarding.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
