Key Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Ensures proper portion and quality control.
  • Regularly monitors food levels in the kitchen.
  • Maintains a safe working environment in accordance with Food Safety Standards.
  • Consistently wears the designated uniform.
  • Cleans equipment thoroughly and promptly, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards all tasks while working collaboratively.
  • Understands the ingredients, preparation methods, and assembly of menu items.
  • Follows cleaning and storage protocols, including assisting with dishwashing and maintaining a clean-as-you-go approach.
  • Completes daily paperwork in compliance with company standards.
