As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement social media plans that align with our business objectives and target audience.
  2. Content Creation and Curation: Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  3. Engagement and Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and provide insights for future improvements.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent brand message.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the ecommerce/homeware industry.
  2. Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and sales.
  3. Excellent content creation and curation skills, with a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
