Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this professional and engaging role, you will be tasked with managing both scheduled and unscheduled activities for a fleet of commercial vehicles, ensuring adherence to DVSA regulations and UK legislation. You will collaborate with various internal teams, clients, and repair service providers to deliver exceptional service levels in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary of £26,939.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Oversight: Leverage network resources to implement cost-effective scheduling, reducing fleet downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Utilize internal fleet management systems to accurately document and oversee work processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the planning team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and engage with clients, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain full O Licence compliance.
  • Billing Process: Oversee the billing process in accordance with client specifications.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate professional relationships with Zenith clients, ensuring awareness of their service contract obligations and operational needs.
  • Service Management: Coordinate closely with external service providers to prioritize scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, adhere to the maintenance schedule, and minimize vehicle off-road (VOR) time.
  • Compliance Tracking: Manage all necessary compliance events in alignment with the annual planner.
  • Reporting Duties: Ensure that MOT first-time pass rates and final pass rates are documented, and generate daily VOR statistics, weekly delay reports, and monthly compliance summaries.
  • Document Control: Acquire and provide relevant documentation within 48 hours of task completion, maintaining precise paper and electronic records.
  • Process Enhancement: Work in conjunction with the Team Leader, Customer Service Manager, and Network team to refine processes, functions, or communications.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address client inquiries and escalate to the appropriate team members as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring accuracy and meeting service expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity for self-management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships.
  • Experience in fleet management or a related sector is advantageous.
