Nursery Room Leader

At Tops Day Nurseries, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing your team to provide high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage your team to ensure they are motivated and trained to meet the needs of the nursery.
- Manage resources, organize routines, and systems to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Communicate effectively with the senior management team to ensure the nursery's goals and objectives are met.
- Be responsible for settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, and next steps for children.
- Ensure the safeguarding of all children in the nursery and your direct care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
