Job Overview
As a Gas Installation Technician, you will be engaged in a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of gas-related tasks, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Salary Information
The annual remuneration for this position is competitive and reflective of your experience and qualifications.
Key Qualifications
Candidates must possess a valid CSCS Card and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Core Domestic Gas Safety – CCN1
- Central Heating Systems and Water Heating Equipment
- Cooking Appliances – CKR1
- Gas Fire Installations – HTR1
- Metering Systems – MET1
- CMDD1A Certification.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing gas-related duties with competence and safety, adhering to the training and guidance provided by your supervisors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in both responsive repairs and new installations, along with a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
You should possess the ability to work independently, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and collaborate effectively within a team setting. Additionally, the ability to work at heights is essential.
A current full driving license is required, and you will be expected to participate in any necessary training and development to enhance your skills and ensure repairs are completed correctly on the first visit.
