As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our train clients on time, in-line with various scheduling requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in maintaining a smooth and organized warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all areas of the Avanti warehouse, including toilets, to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Hoovering, mopping, and dusting high and low-level areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Documenting routine inspections to track and monitor the warehouse's condition.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Completing tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Using various cleaning equipment in line with training to ensure effective and efficient cleaning practices.
- Adhering to airport security processes to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
Requirements:
- A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- The ability to use a computer, basic Excel, and communicate effectively in English.
- Able to demonstrate Optime Group's core values and principles.
- Basic numeracy skills to accurately record and track inventory and other data.
- Basic checking skills to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
What's on offer:
- A competitive rate of pay: £12.00 per hour.
- A location in WV10 6JQ.
- A shift pattern of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with 22.5 hours per week.
- Hours of work: 06:00am to 13:30pm.
