Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Opem. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our ticketing system, coordinating with clients and engineers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ticketing system on our CRM, ensuring all client tickets are acknowledged within SLA and engineers are coordinated to visit if necessary
  • First point of contact for all client enquiries, ensuring all calls are answered professionally and promptly
  • Ensure all service calls are managed correctly on our Opem CRM system, including updating the CRM with dates for client's maintenance visits (PPM's)
  • Liaise with clients and Opem engineers regarding the booking of service and maintenance visits, ensuring timely and accurate updating of tickets/actions on the CRM for invoicing purposes
  • Run daily and weekly reports as requested by clients, providing quotes to clients as and when required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with a wide range of people
  • Computer literate, with experience using CRM systems
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, with the ability to work with minimum supervision or part of a team
  • Salary Range: £25,000 - £28,000
