About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Medicareplus International Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and Pardot
