About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Manage attendance, holidays, and disciplinary issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that all warehouse processes are operating efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
