Corporate Commercial Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our corporate law team, you will be responsible for handling a busy caseload of corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and other corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a workload of corporate and commercial work, including M&A transactions and shareholder agreements
  • Draft and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements
  • Advise clients on a range of corporate transactions and commercial matters
  • Work closely with clients to understand and meet their business objectives
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with 3+ years PQE in corporate commercial law
  • Proven experience in M&A, shareholder agreements, and general corporate transactions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
