They are currently in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Residential Conveyancer Fee Earner.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive range of residential conveyancing cases from initiation to finalization. This position demands a proactive mindset, superior communication abilities, and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Duties
- Overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, acquisitions, remortgages, and equity transfers
- Performing detailed title investigations and drafting title reports
- Engaging with clients, real estate agents, mortgage providers, and other relevant parties
- Preparing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds
- Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory standards
- Delivering high-quality client care and fostering robust client relationships
- Utilizing case management systems effectively for file and document organization
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- In-depth understanding of conveyancing procedures and applicable legislation
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proven ability to handle a substantial caseload efficiently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, client-centered approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
