Exterior Horticulture Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Horticulture Technician to join our team in the Chelmsford area. As an Exterior Horticulture Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance our customers' outdoor spaces through gardening and horticultural services.
  • Work at height to ensure high-quality displays and baskets.
  • Use PDA devices to confirm job requirements, attendance, and manage site access issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote our core values.

  • A competitive salary of £24,960 (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday).

Requirements:
  • Safety and legal compliance are essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a good safety record.
  • Preferred qualifications include PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC.
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months, with less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years. A trailer license can be beneficial.
