- Commercial Insurance Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, including risk management strategies and solutions.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Have experience coaching and mentoring colleagues, with a strong focus on developing their skills and knowledge in risk management.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Hold or be working towards Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, such as the Cert CII or Dip CII.
