About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Coordinate and manage the office and operational areas, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Answer and transfer outbound calls, welcome site guests, and arrange meetings and take minutes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Management Team, including preparing and dispatching reports, managing stock control, and ordering PPE.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including meeting minutes and supporting documents.
  • Technology: Utilize Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform administrative tasks.
Essential Criteria
  • Previous Administration Experience: A minimum of [insert time period] years of experience in an administrative role.
