Branch Trainee Role

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated individual to join our team in Falkirk as a Branch Trainee. This is an entry-level role that offers a fantastic opportunity to start a career in the industrial distribution sector. Whether you have just left education or are looking for a change in careers, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue growth.
  • Respond to quotations in line with customer deadlines, using email, telephone or hard copy.
  • Proactively manage workload to ensure maximum conversion of quotations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site contacts and an understanding of their business and challenges.
  • Enter sales orders onto the company ERP system (k8).
  • Support and contribute to branch Key Performance Indicators.
  • Cover deliveries and stock replenishment for 5-6 weeks a year.
