Job Title: Assessment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our dedicated team as an Assessment Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting older people through the initial stages of our Telephone Friendship Service.

About the Role

As an Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service runs safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and support to older people, helping them to build meaningful relationships with our trained volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support older people through the initial stages of our service
  • Ensure processes run safely and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to older people

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting older people, and the ability to work flexibly. You will also need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone and communicating by email.
