About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Restructuring and Insolvency to join our team at the Pension Protection Fund (PPF). As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in leading our Restructuring and Insolvency team to ensure best outcomes for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Restructuring and Insolvency team to develop policies and manage complex cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Investment, Risk, Legal, and Compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve best outcomes for our members
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure consistent performance and growth

Requirements:

  • Director/Partner-level experience in a major financial services institution or restructuring & insolvency practice
  • Expertise in Restructuring & Insolvency, with a strong understanding of banking/security and pensions/pension law
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional business/commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering results
