About the Role

Wardell Armstrong, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a talented Highway Design Engineer to join their Civil Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting on a wide range of projects, from conception to completion, and taking ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on various projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, utility, and renewable energy projects.
  • Take responsibility for the design and development of highway projects, including earthworks, drainage, and flood risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to progress projects and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Produce high-quality reports and documentation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Confident working independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, create innovative solutions, and make sound decisions in a competitive environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ongoing learning.
