Role Overview: As an Identity Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the management and enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This position involves delivering advanced technologies, including Active Directory and Entra ID, while providing essential support and guidance to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of Active Directory infrastructure in accordance with ITIL standards.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, assisting the organization in the deployment of Identity and Directory Services solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical technology services.
- Deliver technical assistance to restore services during technology failures affecting all staff.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with Conditional Access protocols.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting related to Active Directory and Graph API.
- Understanding of core services such as DHCP, DNS, and PKI.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2012 and later).
- Knowledge of Group Policy management.
- Experience with Quest Active Roles Server and Quest On-Demand is advantageous.
- Understanding of Entra ID Business to Consumer (B2C) and Azure Information Protection (AIP).
